Betsy Swain's life is about to take a scary turn on the upcoming episodes of Coronation Street. The drama unfolds when she suddenly collapses at home, sending her loved ones into a frenzy. It's a serious situation that calls for an ambulance to rush her to the hospital.

In a new trailer, we see Betsy being whisked away from the familiar cobbled streets, while her anxious family members, Carla Connor-Swain and Lisa Connor-Swain, arrive at the hospital to be by her side. As Betsy lies in her hospital bed, a nurse arrives to take her for an MRI scan, and later, her friend Dylan Wilson comes to visit her. Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse when Dylan rushes out of Betsy's room to inform Carla and Lisa that she's having a fit.

Despite Dylan's efforts to make Betsy's hospital stay more comfortable, tensions rise when Lisa accuses him of being responsible for her daughter's condition. Betsy tries to defend Dylan, but Lisa continues to blame him. As the situation escalates, Dylan is met with hostility from Lisa and even Sean Tully, who becomes suspicious when Dylan refuses to visit Betsy with him.

Lisa's anger reaches a boiling point when she turns on Dylan in the café and eventually, she goes as far as to report a crime to the desk sergeant, leading to Dylan's arrest. Betsy is stunned when she finds out about the arrest and wonders what has happened. In a shocking twist, Dylan shares his suspicion that Brody Michaelis, Betsy's boyfriend, may be responsible for her health crisis.
