Nodal Officer for material distribution and Additional Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Abhilash Mishra, said that the tables and chairs have been arranged at the stadium in accordance with the respective assembly constituencies. To differentiate between the constituencies, different colors have been assigned to them.
170 windows have been created for the nine assembly constituencies. The windows are section and polling station-wise. Each window holds up to 20 polling stations. After the voting, the material will be returned to the same table from where it was collected.
To carry out the distribution and collection of voting material, 170 teams have been formed. Each team consists of four officers and five assistants, making a total of nine personnel in each team.
