The Disney Dreamers Academy is a four-day mentorship program designed to provide Black students from underrepresented communities with the tools and strategies they need to succeed. This groundbreaking program offers students an in-depth look into their chosen career paths and is taught by professionals and innovators in their respective fields.

The program consists of workshops, seminars and activities ranging from business and entertainment to STEM and more. Last year, the star-studded roster of mentors included gospel star Yolanda Adams, television personality Terrence J, and sports commentator Stephen A. Smith.

Tracey D. Powell, Vice President of Disney Signature Experiences, is eager to bring the next generation of big dreamers to the Walt Disney World Resort.
