On Wednesday morning, a trainer aircraft operated by a private company experienced a technical issue and had to make an emergency landing in Baramati, a district in Pune, Maharashtra. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported and the trainee pilot, who was the only person on board, safely escaped the incident near Gojubavi village near the Baramati airstrip. According to officials, the aircraft was owned by the Redbird Flight Training Academy.

The crash occurred around 8:50 am, as confirmed by Pune Superintendent of Police Sandip Singh Gill in an interview with PTI. Eyewitnesses stated that the aircraft was flying at a lower altitude when the malfunction happened. During the landing, one side of the aircraft hit a light pole before ultimately hitting the ground.

As soon as the police received information about the incident, they immediately rushed to the location. It is worth noting that this is not the first time an aircraft from this particular company has been involved in an accident in the district.
