Two brothers, Damon Lloyd, 33, and Dean Lloyd, 32, were recently convicted of a brutal attack on two men during a drug-induced argument in Wales. The pair had become angry over what they believed was a stolen electric bike, which had actually been moved earlier in the day.
The brothers subjected the two men to a violent attack, including punching, kicking, hitting with objects and whipping with a television cable. Damon Lloyd even went so far as to urinate into a bottle and force one of the victims to drink it.
Both victims were taken to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, where one was put into an induced coma due to a fractured skull, a bleed on the brain, and inflammation to his lung.

The brothers were arrested and pleaded guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. At their sentencing, Recorder Andrew Hammond commented on the severity of the attack, saying: ‘This was a prolonged period of subjecting serious violence against these victims which was deeply troubling.’
Damon Lloyd was sentenced to 43 months in prison and Dean Lloyd was sentenced to 37 months in prison. Despite their past convictions, the court noted that Damon Lloyd has been drug-free since his relapse and upon release, he intends to engage with drug services.
