Nzinga “Zing” Shaw has been appointed as the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer by the Recording Academy®. In this role, she will be in charge of overseeing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for all areas of the Recording Academy, such as internal and external programs, organizational and staff culture, Membership, Awards and other related activities.
