In line with Odisha's vision to emerge as a gateway to East and South East Asia, the Chief Minister emphasized the development of ports and port-based industries. He also mentioned the integration of the Ayushman Bharat scheme with the state's Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana, ensuring that all eligible individuals receive quality healthcare services.
Majhi concluded his speech by congratulating the Indian hockey team for winning a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, and specifically mentioning Odia player Amit Rohidas. He also announced the extension of Odisha's sponsorship of the Indian hockey team till 2036 and the launch of 'Khel Ratna Khoja Abhiyan' to promote talented sportspersons from the state.
