Black Enterprise sat down with the cast of Peacock's "Queens Court" to get the scoop from Tamar Braxton, Evelyn Lozada, and Nivea about their journeys to search for love.
Hollywood couple Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete are hosting the new show from producer Will Packer, which brings together three famous single Queens for a unique dating series with a variety of men competing for their hearts.
Nivea told BLACK ENTERPRISE, “You can expect genuine women in a real sisterhood putting themselves out there and dating in an unconventional way.”
With Peacock releasing the full season on their streaming platform, it has been reported that Tamar got engaged to the finalist JR Robinson during the finale. People magazine reported that the four-time Grammy nominee and Robinson were still together six months later.
Tamar gave a hint of her readiness to find true love when she spoke to BLACK ENTERPRISE, saying, “We are in our mid-40s and still searching for love and it's not easy. You have to trust the process and put yourself out there.”
Evelyn also found love with finalist Lavon Lewis and accepted his proposal on her birthday last December, as reported by ET. Speaking to BLACK ENTERPRISE, she said she was really looking for love and since she isn't very social in real life she thought the show would be a great way to “meet an incredible guy,”
she shared.
