A significant 56-hour non-interlocking work is scheduled at Surat Yard from 9:30 am on August 26th, 2023, until 5:30 pm on August 28th. It is part of the Surat-Udhna 3rd line project.
According to Western Railway (WR), this work will result in the cancellation of 48 Western Railway long-distance trains, while 26 trains will have short terminations or origins, and a few others will be rescheduled and diverted.
