Today in Gwalior, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia were blessed with the opportunity to worship Lord Shiva at the Achaleshwar Mahadev temple. The duo offered their prayers to the Lord for around 15 minutes before they continued on their roadshow.
Earlier in the morning, Chouhan was welcomed by Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and Gwalior in-charge Tulsiram Silawat upon his arrival at the Gwalior airport.

The Jan Darshan Yatra commenced from Achaleshwar Temple and will end at Sanatan Dharam Mandir Marg, Inderganj. The procession will traverse through Jayendraganj and Nadi Gate area before arriving at the Phoolbagh ground. Union Agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Civil Aviation and Steel Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will also join the Jan Darshan Yatra.
The State Level Women Beneficiary Conference will take place at the Phoolbagh ground, wherein CM Chouhan will transfer the fourth installment of CM Ladli Behna Yojana to the accounts of more than 1.25 crore beneficiaries in the state. Additionally, he will also inaugurate and perform Bhumi Pujan of 23 works costing about Rs 380 crore.

At the event, Chouhan declared that he will not tolerate any insult to Sanatan Dharma. He said, “Let the Lord’s blessings remain on Madhya Pradesh. Let there be joy and prosperity in every home and every courtyard. I pray for this.”
He was accompanied by district in-charge and water resources minister Tulsiram Silavat, energy minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar, minister of state for horticulture and food processing Bharat Singh Kushwaha and MP Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar.
