Damoh: BJP MLA Dharmendra Singh Lodhi sparked controversy after he was seen comparing the upcoming roads in his constituency Jabera to Bollywood actress Hema Malini's "smooth cheeks" in a video that has gone viral on social media and has drawn flak from opposition Congress.
