Maruti Suzuki India Limited released an exchange filing on Friday announcing that their total production volume in August 2023 had increased to 165,405 units, up from 159,815 units in August 2022.

Maruti Suzuki also manufactured a total of 51,175 units of utility vehicles in August 2023, including models such as the Brezza, Ertiga, Fronx, Jimny, S-Cross, and XL6, which is a significant increase from the 35,607 units produced in August 2022.
The production of Eeco vans had also decreased slightly from 11,856 units in August 2022 to 11,811 units in August 2023.
Finally, Maruti Suzuki's Light Commercial Vehicle, the Super Carry, had seen a decrease in production from 3,774 units in August 2022 to 1,856 units in August 2023.
