Madikeri Sub-Registrar Office to be shifted soon

Madikeri, Aug. 12: The Madikeri Sub-Registrar's office on Kohinoor Road in the city will be shifted to the newly constructed Taluk Administration Building (Mini Vidhana Soudha) soon, said District Registrar of the Registration and Stamps Department Vijayalakshmi Inamdar.

Responding to 'Shakti' in this regard, Vijayalakshmi said that all the processes have already been undertaken to shift the office to the Administration Building. An office has been reserved in the Administration Building and necessary facilities need to be provided here. Interior work also needs to be done. In this regard, a proposal for a grant has been submitted to the higher authorities, and work will be started and the relocation will be started as soon as the funds are released.
