Recently, K Rustom was given an eviction notice by its landlord, the Cricket Club of India. The club filed a suit against the parlour due to its need for more space, and the small causes court at Dhobi Talao asked the owners to vacate the premises in two months’ time.
Luckily, the appellate authority stayed the eviction order. While the case is still ongoing, Mumbaikars can continue to enjoy K Rustam’s delightful ice creams for the time being.
