Iran attacks shipping vessel in Strait of Hormuz.

In the bustling city of Dubai, tensions between Iran and the rest of the world continue to escalate. The latest incident occurred in the Strait of Hormuz, where Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard opened fire on a container ship. According to the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations centre, the attack occurred at approximately 7:55 am and targeted a container ship. Shockingly, the Guard gunboat did not even attempt to communicate with the ship before firing upon it. Thankfully, no one was injured and there was no significant damage to the environment.

Despite the boldness of this attack, Iran has not yet taken responsibility for it. This is not the first instance of aggression towards ships in this region, as just this past weekend, the US seized an Iranian container ship after shooting at it. Additionally, they also boarded an oil tanker believed to be involved in Iran's oil trade in the Indian Ocean.
