Andrew Lester has taken a step towards justice by surrendering to the police in relation to the shooting of Ralph Yarl. Authorities have confirmed that the 84-year-old white homeowner from Kansas City, Missouri, handed himself in to the Clay County Detention Center on Tuesday. The Clay County Prosecutor's Office has also charged him with first degree assault and armed criminal action.
