In Houston, Texas, the Kilgore Freedom Fest at Kilgore City Park is sure to be a great time. Attendees can enjoy a live concert, food trucks, and a beautiful evening outdoors, all free of charge.

Atlanta, Georgia is hosting a three-day educational program from June 17-19. Guests can enjoy traditional music, book activities and giveaways, and a mural viewing. Grow Dat Youth Farm in New Orleans, Louisiana is hosting an Afro Freedom/Afro Feast, featuring New Orleans chefs cooking a communal meal over a live fire.

The Brooklyn, New York Juneteenth celebration will highlight African American culture with poetry, skits, history, fashion, and music, as well as vendors and local talent. The Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago is hosting a Freedom Market featuring 50+ Black-owned businesses and live entertainment.

Hilton Head Island, South Carolina has a celebration starting on June 15 with a campout and ending with a full day of food, music, and vendors. For those in Baltimore, Maryland, the B&O Railroad Museum is hosting Jazz on the Rails. In Los Angeles, California, the Weusi Art Exhibition will feature art that addresses the legacy of African Americans post-Slavery.

Lastly, Boston, Massachusetts and Milwaukee, Wisconsin offer two of the oldest and largest Juneteenth celebrations in the country. In Boston, guests can enjoy guest speakers and a parade. In Milwaukee, visitors will get to experience a celebration spanning several blocks, with food, speakers, live music, and the largest Juneteenth parade in the country.
