She wrote: “I train and eat well for me AND them. I train so I’m mentally and physically strong for whatever role I play next. I train so I can feel good about myself. I train to relieve stress. I train so I sleep better. It’s been worth the slog- and I’m showing up each day to maintain things- mentally and physically.”
To lighten the mood, Catherine also joked about her long pregnancy, comparing it to an African bush elephant’s gestation period, which is 22 months. She quipped: “I fear that my body may have me confused with an elephant! It feels like I’ve been pregnant since 1942… Cherishing pjs, a bump and copious amounts of pineapple while I can!”
