At Amazon, she worked on acquiring and growing cross-category vendors in the European Union to ensure a strategic and profitable selection. She was also actively involved in boosting B2B marketplace growth in India through a hybrid business model.

At Castrol India Limited, Ms. Ghosh started out as a Regional Manager, expanding the network of independent workshops in the West and South regions. She then shifted to the role of Franchise Workshop/OEM Marketing Manager, where she developed attractive offers to show the brand's value and gain a competitive edge in the market.

Since 2021, Ms. Ghosh has been leading Route to Market Transformation in Castrol India Limited. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in driving growth, increasing distribution, and strengthening brand advocacy through a large on-ground sales team.
