Gohil stated, "We arrested accused Kiritsinh Jadeja near Rajkot last night, taking the total number of arrests made in the case so far to five." He also added, "Out of six persons named in the FIR, one Prakash Hiran has died in the fire. During examination, the DNA sample of one of the deceased matched with that of Hiran's kin, confirming his death."

The police had previously arrested Yuvrajsinh Solanki, Rahul Rathod, Dhaval Thakkar, all game zone partners, and its manager Nitin Jain. They have been charged with IPC sections 304, 308, 337, 338, and 114. The tragic incident on May 25 left 27 people dead, with most of them unrecognizable due to severe burns.

In an effort to identify the victims, DNA samples were collected from the deceased and their relatives and sent for forensic examination to Gandhinagar. So far, 25 bodies have been identified and handed over to their families, as confirmed by officials.
