Aamir Ali is back with a powerful performance on the 11th season of the dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, alongside co-hosts Gauahar Khan and Rithvik Dhanjani, and the judging panel composed of Arshad Warsi, Farah Khan, and Malaika Arora.
Upon being asked about his take on the show and his preparation, Aamir said, "I'm really excited to be a part of this season. Every part of my body is aching right now, but I'm trying my best. A lot has changed since I did a reality show 10 years ago and I'm catching up with the new things. I'm not a great dancer, but I'm a fighter and I never give up."
He further revealed that Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa was on his bucket list and he was happy that he was given the chance to be a part of it. He said he wanted to reinvent himself on the show and do things he never did before.
Aamir also talked about his previous dance reality shows and the injuries that he sustained during them. He said, "I'm aware of the injuries that I had before, but when I'm on the field, I don't think about them. I'll be careful but once I start, there will be no looking back."
When asked about his co-contestants, Aamir praised them and said that he considers everyone his competition, as they are all achievers in their respective fields.
Regarding the rumours of him being offered Bigg Boss 17, Aamir said, "I love Bigg Boss and I have a lot of respect for Salman Khan sir. I love watching his Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. However, I don't want to say what show was offered to me and what I chose."
To conclude, Aamir believes that his spirit will keep him ahead of the other contestants. He said that dance means happiness and fun to him.
