A neighbour had to leap out of the way of a ute to save himself after it careened through the front yard of the house he was working on in Sydney's north-west. The ute left the road, drove across the front lawn of three houses, hit numerous vehicles and smashed into a carport on Quakers Road in Quakers Hill. Aerial footage shows a path of devastation stretching from the road to where the ute stopped at the front of the house.
