According to an article by AfroTech, the popular streaming collective known as AMP has recently expanded its real estate holdings in Georgia, acquiring six homes in close proximity to one another, an area affectionately referred to as "The Hill" by its members. The group, whose name stands for Any Means Possible, is comprised of well-known content creators Kai Cenat, Fanum, ImDavisss, Agent00, Duke Dennis, and ChrisNxtDoor. This purchase is just one of many real estate investments made by the collective, whose members have amassed large followings through their livestreams, gaming, and other digital content.
Fanum took to social media to share details about the newly acquired properties, revealing that the collective's main residence is located at the top of the hill, while the other homes are occupied by individuals within the extended AMP network. It was also reported that one of the homes is home to the Clover Boyz, a group of Cenat's long-time friends and associates, including Dezz, Ray, Punga, Reggie, Rakai, Tota, and Tylil. During a Twitch livestream, Fanum expressed the group's hard work and dedication, stating, "We work hard." This recent purchase adds to AMP's already established presence in Georgia, as the collective had previously acquired a property in Marietta that serves as their home base since 2022.
Each member has their own individual room, fully equipped for gaming and livestreaming. The group has also spent time living and creating content in New York, from a luxurious Tribeca penthouse to a sponsored $17 million townhome, according to AfroTech. AMP was formed after its members had built individual followings, all centered around the popular "NBA 2K" video game franchise.
Cenat joined the collective later on and has since become one of the biggest names in livestreaming. In a 2024 interview, ImDavisss discussed the benefits of working as a unit, stating, "It's a little bit harder to switch and change lanes when you've been doing it for five, six years on your own. So we wanted to do it as a team." This strategy has proven successful for AMP, as they currently have 8.16 million subscribers on YouTube as of August 31st.
In addition to their real estate ventures, AMP is also making strides in other areas. One of their members, Kai Cenat, is taking his career to the global stage with his Streamer University Initiative, as reported by AfroTech. With their continued hard work and dedication, AMP is sure to remain a powerhouse in the world of streaming and content creation.
