On Saturday, the National Lok Adalat was held in the Malwa-Nimar area of Indore. An incredible number of 3038 cases related to the electricity supply were successfully resolved.

The company gave a rebate of 30 per cent on the amount of pre-litigation level civil liability and 100 per cent on the amount of interest. Similarly, for cases of litigation level, 20 per cent rebate was given on the amount of civil liability assessed and the interest was waived off completely.
425 distribution centres and zones of the company area worked hard for the successful preparation of the Lok Adalat. This was a great achievement and the consumers were given a chance to get their disputes resolved.
