WWE SmackDown revamps with several matches scrapped before airing.
Bayley was set to be in action on WWE SmackDown, with a number of changes announced just hours before it went on air. Among these was a match between LA Knight and Rey Mysterio which replaced the originally advertised bout between Knight, Butch and Santos Escobar.

The match worked out well for the outspoken superstar, who defeated the masked legend to secure a huge win and continued to build momentum before the men's Money In The Bank Ladder Match. After the bell, Knight even tried to unmask Mysterio until his teammate ran down to make the save.

Bayley was scheduled to face Shotzi with the former's spot in the women's Money In the Bank Ladder Match on the line. Bayley expressed her determination on social media, tweeting: “I’ve been too damn nice. Too patient. Too naive. And @ShotziWWE is trying to take advantage of me!!!!!!! The Role Model WILL be in London.”

However, this bout was removed from the official SmackDown preview shortly before it went on air. Similarly, a match between Cameron Grimes and Baron Corbin was also removed. WWE SmackDown airs Friday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
