Nikki Bullock, a delivery driver, had to endure a terrifying experience when a man on a dirt bike stomped out the back window of her car while she was riding with another passenger and two children. The incident happened on the 1400 block of South Penn Square in Philadelphia on Sunday, Oct. 1, before 9 p.m., according to investigators.
Video footage of the incident showed the man jumping onto the roof of the car and smashing the back window with his feet. Bullock got out of her vehicle and confronted the suspect, who dropped a handgun but picked it up as she yelled at him. He then proceeded to give her a head bump and shove her, while other bikers looked on and slowly rode away without coming to her aid.
In response to the incident, the Philadelphia Police Major Crimes Auto Squad released a video and identifying photos of the suspect in hopes of finding him. He is wanted for aggravated assault and vandalism.
The video was recorded by George Coloney, who was visiting from Florida, via a mobile phone on a double-decker tour bus. He commented that he was "stuck in some traffic" and started filming the bikers when he noticed the argument with the car.
After the incident was posted on social media, Bullock was inundated with people offering to pay for her windshield.
