Last week, a group of snorkellers off Southport on the Gold Coast got quite the surprise when they found themselves in close proximity to a group of humpback whales. As they were enjoying their underwater adventure, one of the group members was unexpectedly thrown into the air by the powerful tail of one of the whales.
