In my opinion, Michael Mulcahy would make an excellent addition to the San Jose City Council for District 6. I have personally known Michael for over 40 years and can attest to his deep and genuine commitment to our community. Alongside his family, Michael has consistently shown support for our youth, the arts, and our neighborhoods. Additionally, he has played a significant role in economic development within our city.

What sets Michael apart is his strong ties to District 6. As a third-generation San Josean, he understands the needs and concerns of the community. This is evident in his leadership roles, such as leading the nationally acclaimed Children's Musical Theater San Jose and serving as the head of the Willow Glen Business Association, where he played a key role in creating a vibrant neighborhood business district.

Not only has Michael shown dedication to our local community, but he has also been involved in initiatives on a larger scale. As a founder of the Monterey Corridor Business Association and Team San Jose, he has brought together various sectors to generate tourism and jobs for San Jose. With his experience and leadership skills, I have no doubt that Michael will continue to make a positive impact as a city council member.

On a similar note, I urge voters to support Sam Liccardo for Congress. As a strong conservative who worked for Sam during his time as mayor of San Jose, I can confidently say that he is a principled and discerning problem solver. He values ideas over hierarchy and is always open to hearing perspectives from all sides. His focus on data, evidence-based practices, and commonsense principles make him a effective leader, rather than just a politician.

Another candidate who possesses the qualities of an effective leader is Evan Low, who is running for Congress. As a former Assembly member from San Jose, I know what it takes to make a positive impact in our community. Evan has a proven track record of bringing people together and finding solutions. He prioritizes collaboration over division and has shown his commitment to making positive change by partnering across party lines.

In the upcoming Saratoga Union School District board election, I strongly support Ramya Vasu. As a parent of two students in the district and a special education teacher in a neighboring district, Ramya has a deep understanding of the needs of our students. She is driven by a commitment to building our community and promoting academic excellence, as well as the arts and extracurricular activities. With her diverse and extensive experience, Ramya will be a strong voice for our students on the school board.

However, I do not support Measure Q in Santa Cruz County. Despite its feel-good title, this measure is misleading and irresponsible. The Santa Cruz County Fire Chief's Association opposes it, citing the county's failure to follow through on past promises to actually fund fire reduction activities. As a forever money grab, Measure Q does not guarantee any funds will be spent to reduce wildfire risks. I urge voters to listen to our local fire chiefs and vote against this measure.

In the race for the Santa Clara County Board of Education, I believe Jessica Speiser is the right choice. The incumbent, Grace Mah, has faced accusations of violating county policies and open meeting laws. As a former mayor of Los Altos, I have seen the work of the Board of Education and believe that Jessica is the more qualified and experienced candidate. Furthermore, she has received overwhelming support from 27 out of 29 trustees from the six schools in the district.

In Trustee Area 2 of the Campbell Union School District, I strongly believe that Michael Snyder should be reelected. As a highly effective and award-winning district, it is crucial to have an effective governance team. Michael has proven to be an asset in this regard, with support from all four of his governing board peers and the CSEA union. I urge voters to reelect Michael to ensure that our district continues its excellent work for our students.

Lastly, I support Harbir Bhatia for Santa Clara City Council. I have worked alongside Harbir in various community service initiatives and have seen her dedication and ability to unite people for a common cause. Her activism and commitment to helping underserved communities make her a standout candidate. I encourage voters to support Harbir and her vision for the city.
