The tittle-tattle and the fear about what people will think about you…It often fades away as you get older, you stop caring what people think about you, but because Mary’s in such a vulnerable position, I think things have become much more exaggerated. If you’re really confident and a nude picture of you is sent around everywhere it would be like, “oh well that’s a bit embarrassing” but your kind of over it. But in Mary’s particular position at the moment, it’s deeply wounding.”
