UFC 5 will be a violent, mature-rated game with no PC version.
Are you ready for the next level of UFC? With UFC 5, EA is taking the series to the next level with a bold new mature age rating, realistic visuals, and more! Registration for the closed beta is already open on EA's website.

The long-awaited UFC 5 will be released on October 27th for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Unfortunately, there won't be a PC version this time around. All the official details will be revealed in September, but fans have already gotten some information about the title.

The age rating for UFC 5 has been changed from Teen to Mature for the US and from PEGI 16 to 18 in the UK. This is because of the more realistic violence in the game, with blood pooling on the mat, fighters receiving cuts, bruising, and swelling, and broken noses and swollen eyes affecting performance.

In addition, the game uses Frostbite instead of the Ignite engine used in the past, which will result in better lighting and a smoother 60 frames per second experience. The online career mode will also feature custom made fighters, as well as some special pre-order bonuses with the addition of Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, and Fedor Emelianenko as playable fighters.

If you want to stay up-to-date with all the latest news about UFC 5, you can sign up for EA's newsletter or follow their Twitter page. Don't miss out on the full reveal of the game on September 20th!
