Two Bayern Munich players have impressed Harry Kane since his transfer from Tottenham- he didn't expect them to be so good.
Harry Kane has made an impressive start to his Bayern Munich career, already justifying his £100 million transfer fee with a goal-laden start to his career in Germany. Kane has highlighted two players who have taken him by surprise since joining Bayern Munich from Tottenham in the summer.

The England skipper is familiar with the majority of Bayern's star studded squad, having played against them at club and international levels. However, two players in particular have stood out to Kane since his arrival.

Speaking to TNT Sport, Kane said: "Jamal [Musiala] has been fantastic. There's been a lot of talk about how good he is and how young he is. He's been great to watch in training and in tight areas how he moves and how he plays forwards. He's been fantastic to play with so far."

"Thomas Muller, how intelligent his is. People from the outside sometimes don't appreciate these types of players who are just one step ahead in the brain compared to the rest of the team. Overall I think we've got fantastic players all around the pitch and that's the exciting thing being at a club like this. We're still finding our way a bit in terms of what the coach wants but when it clicks we can be a really hard team to stop."

Kane has four goals in four appearances so far and will be hoping to add to his tally against an out of form Manchester United in the Champions League tonight. Despite their current struggles, Kane believes United will still represent a stern test of Bayern's European credentials. He said:

"It can be really tough, we've all been in spells where you're looking for a big reaction. They come to a tough place, to our home but sometimes getting a win away in a big game can really change your season so we need to be wary of that. Also we need to use it to our advantage. We want to dictate the tempo, dictate the game really try and put the pressure on them from early on and that's what we'll try and do."

"Of course they've got some great threats in Rashford and Bruno and have some talented players that can catch you out if you're not switched on."
