Srinagar (J&K), 22 April: In a remarkable celebration of World Earth Day, the National Child Development Council (NCDC) took center stage to raise awareness about the importance of environment. The core committee members of NCDC emphasized the need for concrete steps to protect the Earth.

 

Mohammad Rizwan, a prominent member of NCDC, highlighted the significance of securing the planet by implementing proper measures. He called upon the government to take proactive steps for the betterment of the environment, ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.

 

Radha Sajeev, another member of NCDC, stressed the importance of organizing awareness programs on environmental issues and conducting plantation drives. “These initiatives play a vital role in preserving our ecosystem,” she said.

 

NCDC core committee member, Sudha Menon emphasized the need to reduce plastic usage, as it poses a serious threat to the environment.

 

Bindu Sarawathi, a passionate member of NCDC, emphasized the importance of collective action in saving the Earth. “Preserving our ecosystem is crucial for the well-being of future generations,” she said.
