Sean was an exceptional player, earning recognition as a two-time All-SWAC, SWAC Defensive Player of the Year, Bayou Classic MVP, two-time Sheridan Black College All-American, Walter Camp All-American, and Kodak All-American. His outstanding performance led him to be inducted into the Southern University Football Hall of Fame in 2011.

After college, Sean spent a year in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals before returning to his alma mater as a coach. His impact on the team and his players was immeasurable, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
