Robotics Education Promoted in Government Schools

Kushalnagar, Sep. 1: A robotics learning program was launched at Madapattana PM Shri Government Higher Primary School near Kushalnagar.

The program organized by the Government Employees' Friendly Forum was inaugurated by Kushalnagar Taluk Prabara Tahsildar Krishnamurthy.

Speaking later, he said that the government employees' friendly forum's concern for the people and the thought of social activities is welcome. He said that it is a real concern for the people to personally serve the poor students of the villages and the last person of the society without limiting themselves to entertainment programs and expecting government grants.

In this regard, he hoped that the selfless service of the office bearers of the friendly forum would continue. He called on the students to make good use of the knowledge of technical education that is prevalent in the current era.

Shashikumar, the head teacher of Madapatna School, presided over the meeting and said that it is commendable that donors are supporting the empowerment of government schools by providing facilities like modern AI, robotics and abacus education, which are not easily available to the poor children of government schools.

The leaders of the Souharda Vedike and donors, Public Works Department Engineer Saijan Peter, Irrigation Department Engineer D.D. Kiran, entrepreneurs Naveen, Suguraj, Rajesh, Soni Mathew and contractor Yogesh Patel, have provided annual sponsorship for robotics learning.

In addition to Madapatna, a robotics learning program has also been launched at the nearby Bengalu Government Higher Primary School.

Dr. Kavita and Brijesh, trustees of Ojasvi Foundation, have taken on the responsibility of teaching students on topics related to robotics, including demonstrations.

The foundation's trainer Pavithra, former Benagala MP Dhanaraju and the school's teaching staff were present on the occasion.
