Rescued pup travels globally after being saved from a cruel puppy farm.
Jack is a remarkable pup with a story that will bring a smile to your face. He was rescued from an illegal puppy farm two and a half years ago, and at the time he was just five weeks old, living in a barren kennel with no water.

Jack was part of a massive dog breeding operation that was uncovered after Jack's new owners reported the sellers because Jack had become ill.

Today, Jack is living a life he never could have imagined when he was living in the West Midlands. He has been travelling around Europe with his owner, Julie Bedford, who adopted him from the RSPCA's Woodside Animal Centre in Leicester.

Julie is a retired clinical animal behaviourist, and along with her other rescue dog, Tinkerbell, they have already visited nine countries! They have been to France, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Slovakia. Jack and Tinkerbell have enjoyed seeing the Millau Viaduct in France, touring Buda Castle in Budapest, and going under the Roman Trier Amphitheatre in Germany.

The next stop on their list is Greece, Italy, and Liechtenstein, and Julie is always sure to check ahead to make sure these places are dog-friendly. She loves that she can bring her pets with her when she travels, and has backpacked around South America, Asia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and the USA.

When Julie first met Jack, he was withdrawn and scared of birds. But now, his confidence has grown immensely due to travelling and participating in agility classes. He loves cuddles and has even become somewhat of a globetrotter!

Neil Everall from Woodside Animal Centre said that everyone there is thrilled to see how Jack's life has been turned around so dramatically. They are glad that they could make a difference and make things right for animals that have had an awful start in life.

Jack's story is truly an inspiring one and shows how far one pup can come with love and care. Who knows what other adventures Jack and his family will have?
