Madikeri, July 16: Chief Minister's Legal Advisor and MLA A.S. Ponnanna appealed to Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao to take action for proper implementation of health services and appointment of doctors in the Virajpet assembly constituency.

Ponnanna, who met the minister at the Vidhana Soudha, discussed several important issues related to the health department in the Virajpet assembly constituency.

He explained the needs and health problems of the people in detail to the Health Minister and requested him to complete the process of upgrading hospitals at the earliest. He also provided information about the approval received in the budget for the upgrading of public hospitals in Virajpet and Ponnampet taluks.
