On Sunday, Odisha's Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, announced that the 'Subhadra Yojana', a financial assistance scheme promised by the BJP in their election manifesto, will officially begin on September 17th, which also happens to be the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
