Mrs Hinch, the popular and influential cleaning guru, has shared her delight at the news that her four-year-old son Ronnie has been given the all-clear after a diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. Ronnie was rushed to hospital in June after he first developed the rare condition that affects children's blood vessels and causes inflammation.
The doting mum-of-two shared an update with her 4.7 million followers on Instagram on Sunday. Alongside an adorable photo of Ronnie and his two-year-old brother Lennie sitting on the sofa in matching white T-shirts and shorts, holding signs that read ‘Time to catch our flight’ and ‘Goodbye everyone’, she wrote: ‘We have had the most amazing results from Ronnie’s most recent heart scan guys … they are all clear.’
The 33-year-old star, who also goes by her real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, continued: ‘The Kawasaki disease was caught and treated quick enough meaning Ron’s heart has NOT been effected by the disease. He will continue to be monitored for a while, but the relief is a feeling I can’t even describe right now.’
Friends celebrated the good news in the comments, with broadcaster Vanessa Feltz posting: ‘Have a wonderful time sweetheart.’
