Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh team has emerged victorious in the 13th Women’s Junior Hockey National Championship held in Rourkela, Odisha. 32 teams participated in the championship, which was held from June 27 to July 7. The MP team outperformed all other teams and won the final match against Jharkhand by a score of 1-0.
The MP team had a remarkable performance throughout the tournament. They won the quarter-finals against Maharastra, and the semi-finals against Haryana. Coach Paramjeet Singh said, “It’s a proud moment for us to win the tournament.
