Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has announced that a medical college and a horticulture college will be set up in Morena district and Ambah respectively. Tomar made this announcement during a series of public meetings he held on Thursday in Shyampur, Bareh, Jounha, Shikapura, Esah, Kuthiyana, Beelpur, Peepripura, Raduapura, Dandauli, Ganeshpura, Nayapura, and Chatar ki Gadhi.
He spoke to the voters and assured them of the completion of a bridge across the Chambal river at Usaid Ghat in six months. This bridge will connect Dimni-Ambah area with Agra.
