In a shocking incident of killing and a lack of public empathy, a 26-year-old man from Makhyali village allegedly shot his newly-married wife, Nargis, dead. According to the Superintendent of Police, Atul Srivastava, two pistols were recovered from the spot. Naseem and Nargis had tied the knot only five months back. Unfortunately, Saddam was not able to help the fighting couple, after which Naseem shot Nargis.
The tragic incident did not end there, as Naseem also shot one of the neighbours who had come to investigate the fight. After the shooting, Naseem rode off with Nargis on his bike and stopped at some distance and shot her. He then killed himself too.
The video of the incident showed that the woman was still alive while people were recording her last moments. A man can be heard saying to another "video bana le". Police have sent the bodies of the couple for a post mortem and are probing the deaths. It is unfortunate that instead of helping the woman, the people present there chose to record a video.
