David Banda celebrated turning 18 in style with a birthday bash that looked lit! While many of us may have celebrated with a night out at the local night club, David's celebratory style was far more befitting of a megastar.

She went on to express her pride for her adopted son, saying, "It is impossible to believe that almost 18 years have gone by since we met you in Mchinji at Home of Hope Orphanage! Your name means “Speak the truth”! I couldn’t think of a better name for an artist! You are growing into a truly remarkable human being! We are all so proud or you!"
Madonna adopted David from Malawi in 2006 when he was 13 months old, making him her third of six children. Lourdes Leon, 26, Rocco Ritchie, 23, Mercy James, 17, and Estere and Stella, 11, are the singer's other adopted children.
In a previous interview with People, Madonna opened up about her adoption journey, saying, "Sometimes I would just close my eyes and just think, “Why isn’t my kitchen filled with dancing children?” There’s so many children that need a home." And on her connection with her children, she added, "It’s inexplicable. It’s like saying, “Why do you fall in love with the people you fall in love with?” You look into the eyes of somebody, you feel their soul, you feel touched by them — that’s it."
