If you can, you should definitely do so.
It just isn’t easy.
Another approach to tackling this problem is to just habitually add a line every time we hear ourselves saying so. In this version, we’d say – “I’m not as brilliant as person X. But, I’m me. And I’m enough.”
That turns out to be true 100% of the time.
