Father Ted creator Graham Linehan recently revealed he had been dropped by his agent after his comments about David Tennant. Speaking to MailOnline, Graham said: ‘I guess the other interesting thing that happened to me is I just lost my TV agent because I criticised David Tennant. I only found this out later, because I looked at the list of people Independent Talent represented and David Tennant was at the top. And he’s making slightly more money than me at the moment, so I had to go.’
Graham has previously become known for his stance on transgender activism, which led to him being banned from Twitter and his Edinburgh Fringe show being shut down. He has also tweeted to his followers that ‘telling children they have the wrong bodies is child abuse’.
The dispute between the two stars began in July when David showed up at the press launch for the second series of his Amazon Prime fantasy comedy show Good Omens in London.
