In an upcoming episode of Coronation Street, Fiz Dobbs finds herself in a difficult situation when she accidentally jeopardizes her husband Tyrone's future contact with his secret son, Dorin. It all began last month when Tyrone's former flame, Alina Pop, returned to Weatherfield with Dorin by her side. As Alina arrives at No.9 to pick up Dorin for their flight, Tyrone takes her passport from her rucksack without her knowledge. This leads to Alina being unable to check in for her flight and, when she returns to explain the situation, Fiz ends up returning the passport after a confrontation with Tyrone. Little does Fiz know, Alina has overheard their argument and is left feeling upset and betrayed.
Later in the week, Tyrone, Hope, and Ruby video call Dorin, but Alina abruptly ends the call, explaining that it upsets Dorin. Fiz, feeling angry and frustrated, blurts out that she would have never returned Alina's passport if she had known this would happen. Unbeknownst to her, the call is still connected and Alina has heard every word. Will this be the final straw for Alina? And will Tyrone lose contact with Dorin forever?
