Edinburgh residents, rejoice! Broughton and Bross Bagels have joined forces to bring you delicious, holey roasted treats.
The Broughton gastro-pub has teamed up with Bross Bagels to transform their Sunday roast into a sandwich called 'The Holey Roast'. It will be on offer at Stockbridge market in Edinburgh this Sunday and a pound from every Holey Bagel sold there will go to Alzheimers Scotland. The 'Holey Roast' bagel consists of roast beef, potato hash, celeriac remoulade, rocket and a gravy mayonnaise and will be available on the pub's menu from Wednesday until the end of the month. Stefano Pieraccini from The Broughton commented, "

The collaboration will be available as a limited edition on the menu in March, allowing our neighbourhood customers and Bross Bagels fans to sample a taste of the famous Sunday roast. This is a punchy Sunday roast bagel – available not just on Sundays!" Larah Bross, the proprietor of Bross Bagels and also known as 'Mama Bross' on social media, added, "

How do you fill your hole on a Sunday? With the best roast in Edinburgh, obviously. It’s a match made in holey heaven."
