Danny Jones, the 38-year-old rock star and current contestant on the ITV reality series I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, has apparently been keeping a secret from all of us. While he's been facing some terrifying challenges in the jungle, his wife, Georgia Horsley, has been at home taking care of their eight-year-old son and dropping some bombshells in a recent podcast interview.
During the interview, Georgia revealed that Danny has been lying to both viewers and the show's producers about his fears of snakes. According to her, it's all a "double bluff" and he's actually not scared of them at all. She even went so far as to ask fans to vote for tasks that don't involve snakes, in hopes of exposing her husband's bluff.
But Georgia didn't stop there. She also shared that while Danny may seem like a good guy, he can become quite difficult when he's hungry or tired, something that he's bound to experience while living off of rice and beans in the jungle. She even joked that if it were up to Danny, his luxury item would have been mouth tape instead of the lilo he earned in last week's episode.
This revelation comes after Danny's confession on the show about wearing the same boxers for four days straight. Former contestant and I'm A Celeb legend Fatima Whitbread, who was in the jungle with Danny's bandmate Dougie Poynter in 2011, even referred to the McFly boys as "stanky" for their lack of hygiene.
Despite all of this, Danny seems unbothered and continues to charm viewers with his laid-back attitude and sense of humor. He's currently competing alongside famous names like Coleen Rooney, GK Barry, and Strictly Come Dancing's Oti Mabuse, and the show continues to air on ITV1 and ITVX.
