Bhopal: On Monday, the District and Sessions Court issued an arrest warrant after cancelling the bail of a relative of BJP worker Neeraj Utwal, who was murdered in 2020. This was in connection with a clash that happened after the homicide.
The police had filed an FIR under Section 324 of the IPC, based on a report from AIIMS. For testing and verification, the garments of the injured were sent to AIIMS.
Advocate Yahwar Khan reported that the Court had cancelled the bail of Neeraj Utwal's cousins Amar Utwal, Ranu Utwal, and Akash Utwal and issued an arrest warrant against them. They had attacked Hemlata, Golu and others on January 30th, 2022 in retaliation for the murder. The murder accused are still in jail.
