From Wednesday, March 5 to Saturday, March 8, you will have the opportunity to connect with nearly 2,000 other powerful women as we come together to celebrate our theme of "Momentum: Our Future, Our Promise, Our Power!" On the first day, we invite you to arrive early and indulge in some pampering at our "Get Ready With Me" lounge, complete with beauty touch-ups and post-flight massages. Afterwards, join us for our Kickoff event where you can participate in speed dating-style one-on-one mentoring sessions with industry leaders.
But don't stay too long, because the highlight of the evening awaits - the 2025 Legacy Awards Gala, presented by Accenture. This red carpet event is the perfect opportunity for you to make a grand entrance in your best attire. We will be honoring some incredible women, including Glenda McNeal, Chief Partner Officer at American Express, Tony Award winner and Grammy-nominated singer and actress Melba Moore, and Alphabet Board of Director Robin Washington of Honeywell International and Salesforce. We are also thrilled to present Valerie Jarret, Chief Executive Officer of the Barack Obama Foundation, with the prestigious Barbara Graves Award. And throughout the week, you will have the chance to hear from one of our Legacy honorees during our Power Lunch.
Our lineup of powerful keynote speakers will address a wide range of topics relevant to Black women in various industries and job sectors, including entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners. From climbing the corporate ladder to effective leadership, navigating the C-suite, and overcoming workplace trauma, our sessions will cover it all. You'll also have the opportunity to attend wellness, career, and financial coaching sessions, as well as skill-building and branding bootcamps focused on topics like artificial intelligence and increasing visibility.
At the Women of Power Summit, we never shy away from recognizing and celebrating inspirational women. This year, we are excited to honor Monique Rodriguez, founder of Mielle Organics, and journalist Jemele Hill as our 2025 Luminary Honorees. They will be recognized at our Luminary Awards Luncheon on Friday.
Throughout the summit, you will have endless opportunities to network and develop professionally, all in support of your progress in the workforce.
