Bengaluru, june.14: The state government has come up with a significant decision to provide a one lakh rupee releif to the family of the deceased, and must be a BPL card holder.Cheif Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa said that the government will offer a package of Rs.250-300 crores to the families of the deceased due to corona virus. "This is the first time our government is announcing this solution" he said. Several families have come to streets and many are dead due to Covid-19. The plight of many families is a worrisome. The Government recognizing this will provide financial assistance of Rs.1 lakh to the families of the deceased. He said this would be only applicable to the BPL card holders, as there are about 25-30 thousand families in the state.
